Not an awful amount of news has been going on involving Spurs today, but the top story of the day is that Tottenham midfielder Jake Livermore seems to be in demand across the Premier League.
Today, the 24 year old has been linked with a move to Hull City or Crystal Palace. With a shed load of central midfielders at the club currently, it is very possible that Livermore is not in Pochettino's plans for next season and he could be one of the first players to leave the club this summer. It has been roumered that he will leave for a fee of around £5m.
Another player that has been linked with an exit from White Hart Lane is Danny Rose. Like Livermore, Rose has been linked with a move up north to Hull. The Tigers have already made in enquiry to sign Chelsea's Ryan Bertrand. That move now looks unlikely, and with Rose unsure about his future under Pochettino, Hull may turn to Rose to be their new left back.
Also in the news today, Tim Sherwood explained why he snubbed West Brom. This is what the former a Spurs boss said:
" I don't know Keith or Dean very well and I've got nothing against them, "
"I think it is important you take your own men in and I was looking to bring in a couple of guys who I trust and who I know."
"When you go into a club you haven't got time to try and train someone to your own thinking."
"There were just a couple of ingredients missing which made me decide I wouldn't take the gamble on it."
